M7 is looking for an ambitious and motivated Asset Manager to join their team in Helsinki! M7 manages 16 real estate assets in Finland, including properties from the retail, office, and industrial sectors. As an Asset Manager, your main target is to improve occupancy, net operating income, and the value of M7’s assets by effectively leading operations in selected assets. This includes creating and maintaining good relationships with key tenants and other key stakeholders and leading external service providers together with your colleagues, for example. The focus in the role will be on leasing, but you will also be involved in different kinds of development projects within the assets. You will be supported by a small local team in Helsinki, while also working closely with over 200 colleagues across Europe.

As an Asset Manager, you will work in cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders, so we expect you to have good interaction and presentation skills. Our ideal candidate for this role would already have relevant working experience: for example, you may have worked as a (Junior) Asset Manager or as an Analyst before or you may have gathered other relevant experience from the real estate industry. Since the role requires occasional traveling to properties, a driving license will be useful. Above all, we are looking for a person who is highly numerical and truly enthusiastic about the real estate industry, combined with a willingness to develop professionally even further.

- Strong numerical skills and you get along well with Excel
- Independent working style
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English skills
