Business Finland is now looking for a fulltime, fixed-term (8 months) Project Management trainee. As a Project Management trainee you will be working with different tasks related to Finland’s EU Presidency. In this position your job tasks include, for example:

• Managing of several projects as regards timetables, information dissemination and varying other tasks
• Acting as the main support for your manager in EU Presidency projects including events, meetings and other possible activities
• Surveying and gathering information about relevant events in Finland and in the EU
• Other assisting tasks such as one on one meetings related to bigger events

We are interested if you:

• Are a student or have recently graduated (university or university of applied sciences)
• Have previous experience of working with project management and some previous work experience, for example, from summer jobs
• Have excellent organizational skills, are able to work independently and have the ability to work under pressure well
• Have drive, motivation and a positive attitude
• Have excellent social skills and communicate fluently in English and in Finnish
