HR-HARJOITTELIJA/ HR internship / HR-стажировка

We are looking for HR-intern to our Kuopio office. This internship should last approximately from 3 to 5 months, depending on your training program. Starting time can be negotiated, but we wish you would be working at least during from June to August. Working hours are 37,5h/week, but we are flexible on this one. There is possibility to get small compensation for your internship, but the biggest reward is the lessons learned here.

HR-intern works underneath East- and Middle-Finland Area Director. You have possibility to be involved to all recruiting states, from company customer meetings, job advertising, choosing candidates and employee document administration (e.g. drafting and updating employment agreements, reference letters, and other people-related documents ). You get to work in multicultural environment, co-operate with different institutions, that will also deepen your HR-knowledge. This training is suitable for student who is studying bachelors degree.

We hope you have genuine interest towards recruiting, personnel management, different industries and law matters. We also wish you are customer service oriented and speak and write Finnish OR English, great advantage is skills with Russian (Polish/ Slovakian/ Ukraine) language. In this training phone and computer will be your closest tools. Because this is training we can make adjustment with task according to your skills and training program.
