I have three years of customer service experience, specializing in sales. I worked in a department store as a salesperson in the handbags department. My role was to persuade customers to buy products, entice them to become loyal to the company, and to allow them to join the credit card program. I was also expected to meet department and personal sales goals. Besides this, building a clientele was expected, so the store could have consistent customers.
